Linda Ellen Eastman

Linda Ellen Eastman passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and deep devotion to her family and community.

 She was the beloved daughter of the late William and Ellen (Morley) Harmsworth and the loving wife of Marvin Eastman. Together, they made their home on the family farm.

Linda was a proud and devoted mother to her three sons: Michael (Joanne), Steven, and Bradley (Joanne). She was also a cherished grandmother to her five grandchildren—Brianna (Kaleb), Amber (Jack), Bridget, Kourtney, and Andrew—who brought her endless joy and happiness.

She shared a special and treasured friendship with Diane Jamieson, whose companionship meant so much to her over the years.

Linda dedicated her career to serving her community as a devoted Postmaster, a role she carried out with pride until her retirement. Outside of her work, she found joy in traveling, baking, golfing, and always loved a good debate with those around her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Watford Quality Care for their outstanding care, compassion, patience and dedication of a strong willed lady over the past ten plus years. Your support meant more than words can express.

Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at the Thedford Legion, 42 Nelson St., Thedford, Ontario, on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 1-3 pm.
