Peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London, on Thursday July 27, 2017, surrounded by his wife Pat and family in his 69th year.

Cremation has taken place. A visitation to celebrate Jim’s life will be held Saturday, August 19th at the Clinton Legion from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
