It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth Charles Jones (1942-2020), taken suddenly from us on May 11th.

Survived by his devoted wife Judy and their four children Dale, Holly, Stephie, and Becky. Loving brother to Gayle, Bob (deceased), and Susan; and favourite uncle to many nieces and nephews. Proud grandfather to Devin, Rachel, Spencer, Jason, Vanessa, and Ben; and great-grandfather to Lucien and Luna.

Ken, a native of Windsor, Ontario, started his career in the automotive industry, and eventually became a successful car dealer in London, Ontario. His work ethic was unparalleled, and many were the beneficiary of his tenacity and fearlessness. Ken was a tremendous influence on the many people fortunate enough to meet him. He leaves behind many treasured friends and colleagues, who we know will forever cherish his wisdom, kindness, and temperament. We will always remember his love, leadership, humour, generosity, and guidance.

Many thanks to the nurses and doctors at Victoria Hospital in London for their care and compassion. A Celebration of Ken’s Life will be planned for a future date, with all of those who loved him welcome. Messages and condolences may be left at www.forestcitycremation.com

My deepest condolences Judy, Dale, Holly, Stephie and Becky. I have many great memories of growing up beside you, having another set of parents watching out for us all. Ken was a big part of our upbringing on Flynn Avenue. May you find comfort in all the wonderful memories and times with him.

My deepest condolences, Mrs. Jones, Dale, Holly, Stephie and Becky. Lots of great memories growing up next to you, swimming in the pool, pig roast....I remember how shy I was and barely spoke a word to Mr. Jones but I remember his kind personality and one of a kind laugh that could be heard from a mile away. He always looked out for us kids on the street.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

So very sad to hear of Kens passing. My deepest condolences your family during this difficult time. Ken was a wonderful man and a mentor to me. He gave me my first job in the car business and taught me to always be honest and to enjoy what you do for a living and that has stuck with me always. He will be deeply missed.

One of the greatest men we've ever met. We only knew Ken for about the last twelve years, but he definitely impacted our lives. He was the guy to get something done. He will always be in our memories. I will always miss fishing with Ken, he was a lot of fun. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with Judy and family.

Deepest condolences Judy and to your family. We were big fans of Ken. He was always there to help and support us and the people of Pleasure Beach over and above the call of duty. Ken and you Judy have been sorely missed. Let the wonderful memories surround and give you peace during this time.
