Mom, I know you will always be right here with me.... You are forever my gardian angle as I was yours!! Mom, you know your end of life journey touched so many lives in so many positive ways. Your unconditional love, patience, understanding, strength in forgiveness, kindness and acceptance of others has taught all of us so much about love, forgiveness, family and what's truly important in life. You embraced all of us with your love, strength and wisdom. You listened, you wiped tears, you laughed, and you kicked our asses when we needed it!! You always helped to put things in perspective and gave honest, sound advice when asked. You would give the shirt off your back to anyone in need, never expecting anything in return. You always encouraged us to get up and keep moving when life knocked us dowm. These last few months spent with you, I would not trade even a minute!! Thank you for bring out the best in all of us. Your journey was filled with so many blessings. You were the glue that brought this family back together again. You helped us to heal, you encouraged us to forgive, you got us all to communicate with each other again. The visits, the support, all of us coming together that is the blessing and miracle of family and friends. Mom I want you to know in the moments, before and leading up to when you passed on, I was ok. I felt, knew and understood with a clarity I can not explain, that God was right there with us and in that moment all was revealed. Death is one of God's greatest miracles!! There was no fear and nothing to fear. The only thing I felt with every fiber of my being was God's all emcompassing love, filling me with strength and a deep sense of peace I never would have thought possible as you took your last breaths. Then the biggest miracle ever is when God presented you to all of us!! You were an angle in the heavens. Mom your wings were beautiful and your presence above us ..... wow!! You looked beautiful and glorious!! I could feel your happiness and knew you felt joyously free!! Yes there are miracles, even in death.... for death is not the end... but only another new beginning!!
Until we met again, love always your daughter, Tracy Lyn Suess.... xoxoxo

Iris you are missed, and will not be forgotten. Your infectious smile, the sparkle in your eyes, your sence of humor, and last but not least your ability to care and love. Oh and your amazing tea pot collection. I miss having tea with you.
I miss our long talks, our laughs, and time spent with you. Every time I see a your namesake flower, it brings a smile to my face. Thank you for all our great memories.
