Helen Marie Roberts

Helen Marie Roberts, daughter of the late William F. (1972) and Eleanor (Hinnegan) Roberts (1961), left this world peacefully at home in Bayfield on Friday November 22, 2019.

Helen is survived by two sisters, Ann Daniel (David) of Dryden and Patricia Roberts of Parry Sound, as well as many nieces and nephews and their families in Ontario and Alberta.

Predeceased by her three brothers, Charles (1980), Raymond (1981), Richard (2007) and three of her five sisters, Mary Lou Fischer (2002), Catherine (Kate) Roberts (2011) and Rita Favalaro (2019). Reunited now for eternity. She lived on the farm and in Sombra Township, as well as in London, Sarnia, Clinton and Bayfield.

Helen found joy in long walks and bicycle rides along the Lake Huron shores and had a passion for planting flowers and tending gardens.

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to your local humane society or charity of your choice.

Mary Patricia Dunn

Passed away peacefully at LHSC – Victoria Hospital on Thursday November 21, 2019 at the age of 83 years.

Born in London, daughter of the late John and Madeline McGuire. Beloved wife of 40 years to Thomas Edward Dunn. Loving mother of Michael (Lynda) Black, Brad Black, Tim Black (deceased), Ken (Kelly) Dunn and Debbie (Ray) Skorbinski. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ted McGuire and John McGuire (deceased).

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 19th from 2:02pm – 4:00pm at the Byron-Springbank Legion, Branch 533, 1276 Commissioners Road West, London, Ontario.

Cindy Patricia Jean DaPonte (Titus) of London. Passed away on November 16, 2019 at LHSC – Victoria Hospital in her 70th year, with her children by her side.

Missed by her loving children Corrina (Joe) Jason (Barb) Tara (Jason). Cherished grandmother of five, great grandmother of two. Loving niece of Lily Barlow. Deeply missed by Joe DaPonte. Cindy will be lovingly remembered by many friends and family.

November 26, 1944 - November 13, 2019

Surrounded by her Family just 13 days from her 75th birthday, Connie took her final breath.

he will be dearly missed by her children, Frank Wilson (Cheryl) of London, Marie Welch (Doug) of St. Thomas, and John Wilson (Linda) of West Lorne and Kathy Hicks of London. She was a wonderful loving Nana to Christopher Welch (Caitlin) Justin Welch and Nicholas Welch. Christina Ross (Willy), Nicole Haskell (Charles), Thomas Wilson and Alexander Wilson. Loved Great Nana to 11, Connie will be forever remembered by her sisters, Debbie McGlone (Jim), Cindy Horvat (Roy) and Susie Jeffery (Fred) as well as a multitude of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends. She was predeceased by her parents, 2 sisters and 6 brothers.

The family would like to thank her home care workers as well as the ICU and 5th floor nurses and support staff at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital.

Cremation has taken place. A short service and a celebration of Connie’s life will take place on Sunday December 1st 2019 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 24 John St.,  St. Thomas Ontario at 1pm., with refreshments to follow. Please come as you are.
Interment will be at Elmdale Memorial Park in St Thomas Ontario at a later date.
