It's with extreme sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Stephen William Floyd Charlton on May 29, 2022, in his 46th year at Victoria Hospital in London Ontario.

Loving son and buddy to his Mother Jeanne Charlton and Father the late Larry Charlton (1997).

Awesome brother to Donna Charlton and Best friend to Crystal Hoy.

Sadly missed by the fur cat babies Alli, Sissy and Jazzy.

And his furbaby niece Poopy (Poppy).

Missed by several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Predeceased by both sets of grandparents.

Steve had a very full life before getting sick from being in St John Ambulance and React to following in his Dads footsteps of being a firefighter.

Steve moved to the United States where he got a job working on the stars boats bartending and serving up snacks.

He then continued on with his firefighting and EMT dreams where he was on several departments until he finally found his home and eventually became captain and  earned his nickname "Canada".

Steve will always be remembered for his kind heart and the willingness to help out anyone.
He was never mean to a stranger and always left people in a better place then when he found them. He will always be known for his incredible sense of humor and making even strangers burst out laughing.   Steve was a man of his word and a gentle soul and this world won’t be the same without him.
